📋 Our Take: Really can’t go wrong with this approach. Atomic Habits is one of our favorite books and is a must read for anyone interested in habit formation and self-improvement. That said, although Clear makes things sound easy (habit stacking for example) in reality it’s still hard work and you will face resistance. The key is to push through the resistance.
